  • 1½ oz. watermelon-infused tequila*
  • ¾ oz. Paula’s Texas Orange
  • ½ oz. fresh lime juice

Combine ingredients and shake with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with small wedge of watermelon.
* Combine 1 liter Republic Plata tequila and 8 cups watermelon in a large nonreactive container and
roughly mash up watermelon. Cover and refrigerate for 48 hours. Strain through a sieve, reserving liquid.
