Chioggia Beets

Some people live for beets, I’ve come to realize. Then there are others who remember the bland, canned beets of their childhood, and can’t move past the horror. We have happily transformed a few non-believers simply by delivering the freshest, sweetest beets available. I recently asked on our Facebook page what people recommended non-beet lovers do with their beets. There was a flood of responses– from roasted to steamed beets atop green salads to grated raw beets in salads. Also, use in pancakes or cakes!
