Curly Cress

Sometimes called “pepper grass,” this is a member of the mustard family. Mix in your
salad, or put in sandwiches like sprouts. If the roots were still attached, you could
grow a “clay cress creature”… This is the caliber green that fine restaurants love to
artfully place atop your steak or fish fillet. Surprisingly peppy flavor.
