Farmer David moved back to native Texas in the early 90s following several years growing on farms in coastal California and selling to the likes of Chez Panisse and Greens Restaurant in San Francisco. Since our early days in Austin, we have sought partnerships with chefs who truly appreciate the superior flavor inherent to cooking with high quality, super fresh and local ingredients. We continue to have close partnerships with restaurants and chefs, and hope you’ll support their businesses. Below are some of our current restaurant partners. Additionally, as the market for local produce has expanded, we have had to make choices about which delivery service companies and other organizations to work with. We have partnered with companies who share our values and demonstrate a commitment to local agriculture, understanding the whims of Mother Nature, Central Texas weather, and the challenges of agriculture in a climate prone to plentiful pests and wily weeds.
